Contest Purpose
Caribbean Seabike is holding a free giveaway on Instagram and Facebook, giving participants the chance to win Seabike products and services.
 

Participation Conditions
Each entry counts per platform (Facebook or Instagram), allowing participants to increase their chances by entering on both social networks. Participation rules are as follows:

Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of the following regions:
Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, United States (54 states), Guadeloupe, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Martinique, Dominican Republic, Saba, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Eustatius, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Sint Maarten
 

Prizes
1st Prize: 1 Standard Snorkeling Kit (value: €570)
2nd Prize: 1 Seabike 2.0 (value: €290)
3rd Prize: A one-day rental of two Seabikes, including training and delivery in Saint Martin (or an equivalent gift card if the winner cannot visit Saint Martin) (value: €140)
 

Contest Duration
The contest runs from October 30 at 9:00 a.m. to November 17 at midnight (Marigot, Saint Martin time - UTC-04:00).
 

Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random from validated entries on Facebook and Instagram. Each prize will go to a unique participant, with one prize awarded per person.
The draw will take place within 5 days of the contest’s end, and winners will be announced publicly on Seabike’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
 

Prize Acceptance and Validation
Winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram or Facebook. They have 10 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize and must provide identification to validate their entry. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
 

Use of Personal Data
Information collected from winners will only be used for contest management and will remain confidential.

This contest is neither sponsored, organized, nor administered by Facebook or Instagram. Caribbean Seabike disclaims all liability for technical issues (internet connection, network failure, etc.) beyond its control.
